Try Camp Nursing

        I would like to take a few minutes to introduce myself. My name is Marie. I have been a nurse for 26 years  and a camp nurse for over 12 years in the Northeast United States. I love camp nursing! I find working at summer camp one of the most challenging and rewarding fields in nursing. I have been working at a resident camp for the past 10 years now and love it! Whether working at a residential or day camp, they both have many challenges. To help with your job search. When looking for jobs, do not just look in your license state, be adventurous, and remember reciprocity.  Reciprocity is when one state will recognize another state's license. The fee can range from $50 to $200 and most camps will reimburse you for this.  Try camp nursing! It is fun and you will love it too!!
